It definitely is built well, and designed is good. Controls self explanatory, almost the unit works fine. Although its winner here in Oregon, and I haven't had a lot of chance to use it. However we have used it some, and it works great. We just got the battery for it, it was on backorder.

The RF25 12 volt fridge is ruggedly constructed and with the insulating cover looks ideal for camping and traveling. Like the optional ice divider/extender as well as the built in strapping hoops and carrying handles. Compressor is quiet and barely noticeable. Appears to be a quality product.

To be honest, I have only tested the basic functions and everything works like it is supposed to including the app. However, I have yet to take it on a camping trip. Will report back Feb. 2026 upon return from my next camping trip.

I love my Setpower electric cooler. I have the 20 quart size and it is great for weekend road trips. My wife & I prefer to use it over a cooler and ice because we get so much more stuff in there and it doesn't get soaking wet and need more ice the next day. The fridge works great off the 12v adapter in the truck and then I have a 120v adapter when we arrive at our destination. It is very quiet.
Lately, I've been using it to keep my medicine that needs to be stored at 40 - 58 degrees. I usually keep my home refrigerator colder than that, so, I use the Setpower refrigerator for keeping my medicines at the proper temp. Mine has been reliable in use for nearly 3 years now. Great 12v cooler for the price.

I received my fridge that I purchased with the additional battery pack and the battery was not with it. Just want to know how to go about contacting so I can receive my missing item.

Received unit but didn't receive battery with order. Updated by company as being back ordered. We used the cooler/freezer for the first time and it is wonderful. Considering purchasing a smaller unit as we liked the bigger one so much. You won't be dissatisfied.

I ordered the wrong unit, and they were really prompt and fast to send me a label to return the wrong unit then when I shipped it, they quickly sent me an exchanged smaller unit. We plugged in the new unit and it works great. Thanks!

I was totally amazed that I could not only get the Fridge and one battery but to get another one for this a definite plus.

Instead of bringing a cooler full of ice and the drainage, we took our new Setpower fridge along. Took it into the hotel and plugged it into AC overnight. Didn’t have to transfer to the hotel fridge and the chance of leaving food behind. Very convenient!!
