Love this refrigerator/freezer. Use it more than the one in my house. Even installed solar panels and a lithium ion battery in my vehicle. Been used everyday since I ordered it over a year ago.

Purchased the PT35 from Amazon for almost 2 years. Having an issue and support able to assist and provide a replacement part. Recommended the product. Love the Dual-Zone feature. Able to eat ice-cream during the camping trip.

I ordered the wrong unit, and they were really prompt and fast to send me a label to return the wrong unit then when I shipped it, they quickly sent me an exchanged smaller unit. We plugged in the new unit and it works great. Thanks!

I purchased a PT35 after watching many reviews online and felt confident that this would suit my camping and outdoor needs. The first one shipped fast and unfortunately did not cool down at all. I sent a request in to support for help and was sent out a replacement unit. The second one has worked flawlessly and was glad that I could now write a positive review. The customer service responded daily and keep me up to date on the return process. I now do have 2 of these PT35’s and will use in another overland vehicle in the near future. Look forward to many more years and trips out with my SetPower PT35s.

The latch/handle for my cooler busted off. I wasn't able to find a parts menu to order a new one however. Upon contacting customer support, they went out of the box and arranged a method for me to order and receive the piece.

While it did take a bit to arrive, I am impressed with their willingness to find a solution and see it through. Easy to deal with throughout.

So far so good works like a champ!

I used the 21qt refrigerator on a recent 7 day camping trip. It worked amazingly and kept the temp at 35 all week. Really nice not to have soggy food or adding ice. It also works for 15hrs on my bluetti eb3a battery power.

I was able to buy a replacement controller board after the original one became corroded and stopped functioning properly. Customer service was very helpful and able to source a new display/controller board and send it to me.

I needed a new display for my FC12 which has been in constant use since I bought it in 2021. Some of the segments were starting to fade out so I decided to contact the company for a replacement. The refrigerator has been great and I wanted to keep it in good working order. I am a refrigerator tech by trade and replacing the display was an easy repair for me. The price quoted was very reasonable and it included shipping. The order was easy to place and the part arrived on time. I installed it and my display was like new again. I am very pleased with SetPower's products and support and would highly recommend them to anyone without reservation.
