Setpower Insulated Protective Cover For Setpower PT30 RF30 Fridge Freezer

I recently purchased the pt30 fridge freezer dual cooler with the insulated cover. It works very well. I took it on an overnight trip to my son’s house and ran it on the usb power of the car while traveling. Once there, I connected it to my BLUETTI ac180 and left it in the van. I arrived at 8:30 am. The high temp for the day was 79 degrees, humid, muggy and showers off and on. Van was in shade and of course the sun was clouded out due to weather. A cold front came in overnight and was in the mid 50s next morning around 6:am. Battery was at 9% after running the cooler in the cover with small freezer at -4 degrees and cooler at 33 degrees. The outside of the insulated cover was even cold. I had a backup battery as well. I left early so again ran it off the dc power of van. Of course these were not extreme temps so I would advise making sure you have a solar panel to keep your battery charged or if bad weather you have access to electricity on long trips. I bought for camping at parks with hookups. Obviously running the small compartment in freezer mode draws more power to keep the temps at freezing so I would plan using those foods first so you could raise it to fridge temps so power draw isn’t as high on the battery. All in all pleased for my usage. Don’t plan on it running for days off a battery pack without a way to keep the battery charged or you have an electrical hook up. Outside temps affect your power usage. It was so nice not having to dig thru icy water for items
