My MC20 is my second fridge purchase from SetPower.. I returned due how well my first fridge has performed and bought a smaller fridge for some travel. FedEx delivered my first MC20 to the wrong address and closed my case and wasn’t able to talk to FedEx customer service about a new claim. I called SetPower and nothing but great customer service care from them to ensure that I was getting my fridge. After a claim filed from SetPower they sent me another fridge. I was so pleased with how everyone at the company handled this situation and highly recommend buying their products. I’m very happy with mine and everyone that I have got to buy fheir fridges have been very pleased. Best price, best product and customer service!!!

I have to admit I was a little skeptical regarding the durability of this fridge for the price. I know SetPower is a reputable brand, but didn’t think it would be this great! Let me tell you, this is an amazing travel/overlanding fridge. Super easy to use, and keeps food nice and cold, even using my Jackery 300 to power it all day. I love the ability to change which way the lid opens. I highly recommend this for your next adventure!

I almost did not purchase because the much more expensive brands claim to be 10db quieter. I can barely hear that this fridge is on. Now, I suspect the noise level would be an issue if you are sleeping next to it inside of a vehicle, but for a backseat or truck bed install, I am very happy with how quiet this unit runs. Also, cooled my drinks to 37 degrees very quickly in a hot truck bed on an 85 degree day. I am very happy with this purchase.

Absolutely what I needed

I saw a FB sponsored post about the Set Power sale on their fridge/freezers. After doing a bit of outside research, and seeing that they’re being sold on Amazon, I took the leap and bought the 21qt. I’ve been using it daily in my limousine, by placing it on the passenger seat, and it’s AMAZING. It holds temps well, it’s a perfect amount of space for a daily or weekend trip for 2, and the motor is practically silent. It’s very impressive, and a true value for what you get. The 3 yr warranty was also quite a conference booster when deciding to buy.

I waited until I was able to use it a couple of times before giving a review. It has worked well so far. I was however concerned about it when I first received it as the manual had so many misspelled words. I worried that since there was so little attention paid to the manual, that maybe the same lack of attention would be paid to the product itself. I sent pictures of all the mistakes that were in the manual to make Setpower aware, but never heard back. Which makes me concerned about how good their customer service is should I ever need them.

Impressive how quickly the 21 qt. cools! As long as you refrigerate everything prior to adding to the cooler, I have no worries about it keeping everything at my desired temp. I also like how quiet it operates. Couldn’t even hear it while driving. Looking forward to using it more.
