Due to the sinking nature of cold air, there may be different temperatures at different locations in the refrigerator (the bottom will be the coldest). The panel only shows the average temperature of the refrigerator.

E1 error code came about because the low battery protection take effect, you can adjust the battery protection to revise it, and make sure your input voltage are higher than the battery protection value you set.
E2: Please check that the starting voltage of the fridge is higher than the output voltage of the battery. And E2 is also the fan error.

We recommend to plug in the 12 volt fridge after it has already been standing for 4 hours, due to rudely transportation, our refrigerator may be turn down.

1. Check to see if there is any shipping damage, please contact us asap if it happened unfortunately.
2. Place the fridge in upright side for 4-6 hours before plugging in.
3. Do not electrify the refrigerator immediately after receiving it (in case the electrification causes hydraulic oil to plug the fine hole and the refrigerator cannot work normally).

Because the interior of the refrigerator is spliced together, so there will be such a gap. Recommended to clean it with water first, then open the fridge and leave it for a while. This way will reduce the odour.

In fact, we don't recommend it, as exposure to the sun will reduce the life of the fridge and the cooling temperature will be affected a little.
