I have this cooler in my garage. There are two compartments, I keep one side as a freezer and the other side slightly above freezing. Works great and is very efficient with electricity and very reliable. Plus, I throw it into may car when I need to take a long trip and want to bring frozen items. Perfect!

I ordered this ac cord because we lost ours; but then we found it about 10 minutes after I ordered. Contacted by phone to cancel order immediately, the said "No problem." But it shipped anyway. Called to request refund - no hassle. They graciously gave me the refund and apologized. Great customer service. 5 out of 5 stars

The dc cord worked perfectly. I got a straight 13.8 volts and it was constant. Awesome little unit. It doesn't get hot either.

I ordered this replacement cord due to the breakage of the original 12volt male end. The cord I just received is much better, installs at a 90 degree angle (nicer than coming straight out) and seems to be constructed of higher quality material. The fridge is in my truck, gets used all the time and it is so nice to have on long drives and camping trips. Happy that this new cord works so well.

I put the original cord in a place to always know where to find it, I’m sure it will turn up one of these days🤔 Replacement was shipped and received within a few days. *****

Love our Setpower frig/freezers! When at an appt., our 11 month old pup, waiting in our campervan, chewed both AC and DC cords to our Setpower! Customer Service quickly helped us order replacements. This time we will turn the Setpower to have hits cords face the front of the van, out of view of the pup.

When traveling, our 10 mo. old pup chewed the DC & AC cords to our Setpower.
Uncrated (no room in van for a big crate), we left him & his aussie partner in the van, with chew flips, raw bone, bully stick, to chew on while we were at a medical infusions’ appt. for 3 hours. When we came back to van, we found the cords in pieces, on the floor! Setpower was outstanding in helping us replace our NEW cords! Solution: we turned the Setpower around, so that the cords are in front, hidden from the maturing pup. Thank you, Setpower, for turning a disaster into a better outcome! We share your products & customer service with all of our camping, pet, service provider friends!
