Q. What is the difference between EA and TC?

A. The main difference between them is TC series contain wheels.

Q. How long of the warranty?

A. We provide 2 years warranty on compressor and 1 year warranty on other parts.

Q. I got an E1 error code and it doesn’t work, what has happened to my fridge?

A.The E1 error code means that the low voltage protection is activated, and the input voltage is lower than the default value of recent protection level. Try to lower the protection level according to the instruction in user manual or “Look Before First Use”, then the fridge will turn on again.

Q.What solar panel and power bank sizes do i need for this?

A. Some requirements for the power bank:
Capability higher than 210AH;
Output voltage larger than 13V;
Current limit greater than 10A;
