OPERATION SUGGESTION
We recommend to plug in the 12 volt fridge after it has already been standing for 4 hours, due to rudely transportation, our refrigerator may be turn down.
1. Check to see if there is any shipping damage, please contact us asap if it happened unfortunately.
2. Place the fridge in upright side for 4-6 hours before plugging in.
3. Do not electrify the refrigerator immediately after receiving it (in case the electrification causes hydraulic oil to plug the fine hole and the refrigerator cannot work normally).

Temperatures are not consistent with set temperature. The set temperature differs from the indicated temp and that differs from the refrigerator thermometer I places inside the cooler. It seems to work fine but I just have to figure out where to set it to get my desired temp.
Used this on a hunting trip kept snacks cold and ice frozen. So far so good.
We have a Setpower Cooler 21Qt TC20 and recently bought the 37Qt TC35. My wife and I use them in our RV when traveling. One is used as an extra refrigerator and the other as an extra freezer. Both are very quiet and keep temperatures we have set. One night traveling we were without power for about 18hrs. The Setpower we had set as a freezer at zero degrees only went to 21 degrees at the end of the 18hrs outage. Great insulation. I purchased these off comments from another RV traveler who had 4 of them. Great product.
This fridge-freezer performed beyond my expectations. The price point for this item is what I would expect to pay for some of lower quality. Great buy and lots of fun.
