Setpower 80Qt 12V Portable Refrigerator Dual Zone TC75

I recieved the fridge/freezer and wanted to make sure it worked before I bring it to my off grid cabin. I plugged it into the regular house outlet with the adapter provided and it started to cool. I set one side to 5 F and one to 35 F It took less than an hour to get to temp so that was great. I bought thermomoters to place inside each and I will say that the temperature does not register on the control panel what it actually is inside. On freezer temperature it was more consistant, on fridge temperatures it fluxuated up and down over 5-7 degrees.
I hooked it up to two different car batteries I had and with one the voltage was over the stated required amount to start the fridge even in the "low" setting saying it only needs 9.6 volts to start. I would not kick on. I grabbed another batter off my charger/maintainer and the fridge started and ran for about 5 minutes before it drained the battery to the point where it wouldn't kick back on. Now these batteries were old but charge to 12.5 volts. I'm going to buy a brand new deep cycle batter and see if it works because if it doesn't work on 12 vold it's useless to me. Otherwise astetically it's ok, not as refined as some others on the market but if it works properly off grid that's ok considering the price.

I say revolutionary because of the price point for a fridge with these many options. Sure, others offer similar products, but this one covers all those at affordable price. I purchase this fridge a few weeks ago and it came damage from shipping, found it on my porch standing up, left it sitting correctly for a couple of days before testing at home. The fridge worked and even froze some bottle water. Took it on a four-night trip and packed it for 3 meals each day in one compartment and the other for drinks. The fridge handled amazing no issues, and it held more than we could eat, including two full size egg cartons. I kept the fridge on the bed of the truck and cooked on the tailgate. I had the doors opening to my cooking area. The back part of the fridge was hard to reach since it was inside the bed and the stove blocked part of it. I remembered you could switch the doors and flip it to open from the side of the bed. This option, although maybe small, was such a significant feature for our setup. I’m really pleased and beyond happy with this fridge for the convenience it has brought to my camping trips.
