OPERATION SUGGESTION
We recommend to plug in the fridge after it has already been standing for 4 hours, due to rudely transportation, our refrigerator may be turn down.
1.Check to see if there is any shipping damage, please contact us asap if it happened unfortunately.
2.Place the fridge in upright side for 4-6 hours before plugging in.
3.Do not electrify the refrigerator immediately after receiving it (in case the electrification causes hydraulic oil to plug the fine hole and the refrigerator cannot work normally).

Very impressive portable refrigerator I would recommend to anyone looking for one
Amazing on the go frig. Cooled to temperature fast and stays cool. Even when I don’t have it plugged in the temperature stays down for hour.
We’ll build fridge with dual zone is a game changer and half the price of the expensive one i was looking at. Great customer service due to an issue with the first one received but got a new one no question ask!!
I have only had it for 2 weeks but the frig works great. Tested it for a week now and the temp stays within about 4 degrees of the setting. My battery is a 512ah and it lasts about 2 days at normal temps. The site says the unit draws 60 watts but most of the time it doesn't surpass 40 watts. Happy so far. I did have an issue with the shipping and Setpower resolved the issue after a bit of back and forth.
Upon receiving RV45D pro the package arrived on its side and with a large hole in the side of the box. Worried for damage I called setpower customer service and sent pictures of the item before opening. The response and options were quick and simple. After some back and forth about options I kept the fridge that seemed I damaged inside of packaging and everything seems to be working fine. But, was also given a partial refund due to the damage upon arrival. I know this was mostly likely due to the shipper and not setpower they still stepped up and offered a partial refund if I kept the item. Very pleased with my experience and will recommend Setpower to others
