Some Reminders

1. If the device was not correctly in the upright position after transit and delivery, please keep it upright for 24 hours to make sure that the compressor can work properly.
2. When you use the unit, place it on a dry, secure surface, with adequate ventilation.
3. Every time the partition is removed or installed, the target temperature will be reset to default value and need to set it again.
4. Pre-cool the empty unit before using it to enhance system efficiency.
5. Please lower the battery protection or recharge the battery in time, if E1 error appear.

• Q: Is it normal for a refrigerator to have temperature fluctuations while it is cooling?
      A: Yes, it is. With the energy-saving characteristics, the compressor will stop working to keep warm when it reaches the preset temperature. After a period of time, the compressor will work again to cooling.
• Q: If I place an order, how long will the order be processed and why is there no logistics information for my product?
      A: Processing time is usually 1-2 business day. If you check that your tracking number has not been updated ("label created") , it may be that the carrier's shipment update is delayed, please be patient.
• Q: Why is the temperature on the refrigerator display different from what I measured with the thermometer?
      A: Due to the sinking nature of cold air, there may be different temperatures at different locations in the refrigerator (the bottom will be the coldest). The panel only shows the average temperature of the refrigerator.
