We are very happy about the refrigerator, it's working well, a good size and it's not noisy at all.

Unfortunately we received a fridge that was damaged (the retractable rod handle foam protector was broken) and the fridge was also cover with dirt inside, like someone already used it before.

We sent pictures to the customer service, and after few e-mail exchange they didn't offer to replace the fridge by a new one, and told us that it was not possible to repair the broken piece. The only thing they offer to us was to send us a icepack for free (value of 14,99$ US) or a refund of 5 % = 19 $ US. We were not happy with that but we accepted the refund as nothing else seems to be possible.
When I buy a new product I expect it to be in perfect condition, and if not, to have a replacement. Too bad that the customer service is not that good because the fridge itself seems really well made.

I have only had it for 2 weeks but the frig works great. Tested it for a week now and the temp stays within about 4 degrees of the setting. My battery is a 512ah and it lasts about 2 days at normal temps. The site says the unit draws 60 watts but most of the time it doesn't surpass 40 watts. Happy so far. I did have an issue with the shipping and Setpower resolved the issue after a bit of back and forth.

Upon receiving RV45D pro the package arrived on its side and with a large hole in the side of the box. Worried for damage I called setpower customer service and sent pictures of the item before opening. The response and options were quick and simple. After some back and forth about options I kept the fridge that seemed I damaged inside of packaging and everything seems to be working fine. But, was also given a partial refund due to the damage upon arrival. I know this was mostly likely due to the shipper and not setpower they still stepped up and offered a partial refund if I kept the item. Very pleased with my experience and will recommend Setpower to others

I purchased my RV45 for use in overlanding and off grid camping. The dual zone does indeed allow for one side to be below freezing and the other above freezing and I never have problems with it maintaining temperature. I put it in the back of my Jeep where it got knocked around pretty good, especially when I got offroad and onto trails. I really kind of expected it to conk out due to the bouncing and abuse but it has held up and continues to work fine.

I'm currently at the beach 2 weeks after my purchase and this thing is great so far. No more worring about ice I just look at the temp. The only negative thing is when I unboxed it, the foam in the tow handle was torn all the way around. In no way does it hurt the function of the cooler itself. I would highly recommend.
